Scale delivery
Scale without an ambiguous services bill.
$1,499/month · 10,000 records included · $0.12 for each additional basic record
How monthly usage is calculated
Only records above the 10,000 included allowance are billed as overage. At 12,500 records, 2,500 are additional: $1,499 + (2,500 × $0.12) = $1,799 for that month. At or below 10,000 records, the monthly platform charge remains $1,499.
Failed requests, sandbox records and idempotent retries are not billable issuance. Human review, source verification, continuous monitoring and third-party data costs are separate because they involve different work.
Priority support that is operationally clear
The auditable support channel is access@proofrail.me. Active Scale customers may also receive a Private Telegram group with their authorized customer contacts and the Rail Proof delivery owner.
Response target: Within four business hours, Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 Gulf Standard Time, excluding UAE public holidays. Telegram accelerates coordination, but scope approvals, credential changes and lifecycle decisions are confirmed through the customer workspace or email. Priority support is not 24/7 coverage or a guaranteed resolution SLA. Contracted coverage is available with Enterprise.
Custom implementation from $2,500
The fee is not automatically charged and is not based on certificate volume. It applies only when the customer needs bespoke implementation work. “From $2,500” is the minimum fixed-price engagement; the final fee is agreed in a written scope before delivery.
For an annual Scale contract, the agreed standard implementation fee is credited against first-year subscription charges. Nonstandard connectors, customer-side engineering, data migration and third-party fees remain separately scoped.
The delivery process
1. Fit call and technical requirements review
2. Written scope covering deliverables, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, timeline and fixed fee
3. Security, data-flow and evidence-policy review
4. Sandbox configuration and acceptance testing
5. Production-readiness approval and controlled launch
6. Handover, documentation and agreed post-launch support
Commercial control
No implementation work starts until the customer approves the deliverables, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, target dates and fixed fee in writing. Changes are quoted before work begins. The Founding 10 waiver applies only to a qualifying standard implementation scope.
