Kickoff and requirements

One 60-minute remote kickoff identifies the use case, certificate fields, evidence policy, integration owner, lifecycle events and production acceptance criteria. Rail Proof records the agreed workflow in the customer implementation workspace.

Sandbox assistance

We help configure one sandbox organization and API key, issue one guided test certificate, and validate its public certificate, QR code, signature and lifecycle path. Sandbox records are excluded from billing and public production totals.

One supported integration workflow

The package covers configuration guidance for one workflow using Rail Proof's documented API and lifecycle webhooks. It includes request structure, authentication, idempotency, status changes and webhook verification. It does not include a custom connector or customer-side application development.

Production-readiness review

Before activation we review live credentials, certificate visibility, failure paths, retry behaviour, lifecycle ownership, webhook delivery, billing status and operational contacts. Production is enabled only after the acceptance path is complete.

Named channel and response target

The named asynchronous support channel is access@proofrail.me. The response target is Within one business day, Monday–Friday excluding public holidays. This is a service target, not a contractual uptime or resolution SLA; contracted SLAs are available with Enterprise.

Exclusions

— Custom connectors, bespoke product development and customer-side engineering

— Data migration, historical backfills and additional integration workflows

— Human evidence reviews, legal or regulatory opinions and specialist translations

— Third-party registry, data-provider, exchange or infrastructure fees

— Ongoing managed monitoring, 24/7 support and a contractual uptime SLA

Additional work

$250 per hour with a two-hour minimum, quoted and approved in advance. Accepted urgent or weekend work is charged at the agreed rate plus 50%. No out-of-scope work begins without written customer approval.

Self-service, annual and Founding 10 terms

Growth has no mandatory setup fee. Customers can onboard using the documentation and sandbox without purchasing Guided Launch. The $995 Guided Launch fee is waived with an annual Growth commitment.

For the first 10 qualifying customers, the launch fee is waived without an annual commitment. Participants provide structured product feedback. Any logo use, case study or public certificate wall requires separate approval and remains optional.
